Theatre Prices (Standard Fee)

Normal asking fees for theatres, festivals, local authorities, block bookings, corporate events and public venues/events.

This is an indication only as fees are often negotiable depending on the circumstances. This comes from a wish to make the theatre accessible to as wide an audience as possible whilst remaining fair to everyone.

 

1 performance - guide fee of £320-360
More than 1 performance* - negotiable

All theatre fees will be negotiated professionally

School Prices (Concessionary Fee)

Schools prices are special offer rates that apply during term-time and school hours to schools that book directly and pay from their own funds. Multiple performances are offered at low cost to allow schools flexibility, especially where there is no suitable space dark enough and large enough to accommodate all the children in one sitting.

Schools should agree not to sell tickets or profit from the show (any cost per head must cover only the actual cost.)

Private Parties & Other Organisations

Fees are negotiable - please phone to discuss. Birthday parties etc usually work out a bit more than schools prices but this can vary depending on location, date and suitability of the venue.

Business customers should be prepared to pay theatre fees.

  
     

Expenses

Schools: Expenses are included in the schools price list, broken down by region (click link under "School Prices" above right). Travel expenses apply to workshop prices on a per day basis (unless overnight accommodation is involved).

Theatres: Travel is normally included within a certain radius; further afield by negotiation.

Stated prices do not include the cost of overnight accomodation should this be necessary.
     

Workshop Prices

Fees for most workshops and classroom-based work are charged by the day or half-day and vary by region. These prices apply to schools only. If you are not a school and would like a workshop, please get in touch to discuss.

A half day workshop on the same day as a show is available to schools at a discounted rate. This applies to Animal Shadows Workshop and Early Years Workshops (Early Years Workshops, although shorter, cost the same as a half-day shadow workshop on the same day as show due to the time-consuming preparation required.)

* Prices for more than one performance are applicable only where the performances are in the same place on the same day. Please note that if two or more performances are required on different days or in different locations (this includes different rooms) they will count as separate bookings.
